And of the teams at the bottom of the list -- specifically, the 15 squads with 36% returning production or less -- 10 regressed, and eight fell by at least 11 spots in SP+. Western Michigan (128th in returning production) got hot late in the season to rise from 6-7 to 10-4, and Utah State (133rd) improved as well, but the trends remained clear.
